Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor best known for playing in the popular television show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. From the time he was at college Christopher Meloni has always been fascinated by the world of acting. He went to study acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. His characters in television are gaining him lots of attention. He's been able seamlessly play the roles of characters from both sides of the law to grab an audience's attention. He was the voice of a serial murderer in the first TV series he appeared in but later went on to portray the character that of a NYPD detective. His performances on small screens are rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. The piercingly blue eyes of his face are considered as the most captivating characteristic. These have been used to portray rough characters and make them more appealing. People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured him.
